One who breaks the Oath is Quafir..by original Arabic definition of this word..these people have not only broken the covenant with God..but after God let them run their own governments..broke their Oaths of Constitution..of " duly faithfully and conscientiouslly " doing their Constitutional Duties..as written in the Third Schedule !
