This is fair to assume that after calls of Accountability and Recasting and reminder by the Republic Day speech by the Prez Venkataraman..the matherchod CJI Khare can not pretend that ample opportunity was not given to correct the human error if this at all was an error..
Therefore..as De Jure King of this Planet..I decree death and eternal hell to all MPs/SC Judges..other Prezes..wef the Accountability Doctrine by CJI Bhagwati !
